The 17th Monthly Meeting.

The 17th Monthly General Body Meeting of our Association was held on 5th Februry, 2024, in the premises of Ramalayam.
The discussions and resolutions are given below;

Minutes of the 17th meeting held on 5th Februry, 2024, at 5:00 pm in the Ramalayam premises:



1. The 17th meeting was held on 5th February 2024 at 5 pm at the Ramalayam premises.

2. “Birthday greetings” were extended to members born in February.
All the association members greeted those members celebrating birthdays in February.

3. The get-together party is scheduled for 28th February 2024.

4. The place decided by the committee is Gandipet Park, chosen after visiting and considering the facilities and possibilities for the group of senior citizens.

5. A bus will be arranged to transport attendees to the park and back to Huda Trade Centre.

6. The decided contribution amounts are ₹1500 for couples and ₹800 for singles. Even two senior members of the same family, other than couples, have to pay ₹1600 instead of ₹1500. This resolution aims to encourage couple-involvement in the party.

7. The last date for payment is 20th February 2024.

8. The schedule for the party will be announced two days before the party date.

9. All the members unanimously agreed and spoke positively about the Get-together committee's decision.

10. Under the program "Doctor Gari Salahaalu," Dr. Prabhu garu was invited to speak about “the feeling-of-fall in senior citizens and precautions to be taken.”

11. B. Ram Prasad garu conducted an Aerobic dance under the program "Saradaga Kasepu.”

12. Under the same program 'Saradaga Kasepu,' a 2-minute laughing exercise was conducted.

13. The meeting concluded with a Vote of Thanks by K. Pandurangaiah garu.
